These Vendor Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of our vendor platform and services available at https://api.fammobileworld.shop/
(the "Platform").
By registering as a vendor, accessing, or using our Platform, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By using our Platform or services as a vendor/partner, you:
Agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
Confirm that all information you submit is true and accurate.
If you do not agree with these Terms, you must not use the Platform.
2. Eligibility
To become a vendor on FAM MOBILE WORLD:
You must be at least 18 years old, and
You must be legally capable of entering into a binding contract (as an individual, shop owner, or business entity).
By accessing the Platform, you confirm that you meet these requirements.
3. Services Provided to Vendors
The FAM MOBILE WORLD vendor Platform may provide, including but not limited to:
Access to customer leads for mobile phones and accessories
Order management (new phones, used phones, accessories, etc.)
Repair/service job requests and tracking
Panel/dashboard to manage your shop details, pricing, and availability
Basic reports for sales, settlements, or performance
Services may be updated, changed, or discontinued at any time without prior notice.
4. Vendor Responsibilities
As a vendor using FAM MOBILE WORLD, you agree to:
Provide accurate shop details, GST (if applicable), address, and contact information.
Keep your shop timing, pricing, and service details updated in the Panel.
Offer genuine products (no duplicate, stolen, or counterfeit items).
Provide fair and transparent service to customers referred via FAM MOBILE WORLD.
Comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including tax, billing, and consumer protection rules.
Not use the Platform for:
Fraudulent activities
Misleading offers or fake discounts
Harassment or abuse of customers or staff
Any illegal or unauthorized purposes
5. Account Security
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
Any activity done using your account will be considered as done by you or your authorized staff.
FAM MOBILE WORLD will not be liable for losses caused by unauthorized access due to your negligence (e.g. sharing password, not logging out, etc.).
6. Payments, Fees, and Refunds
If FAM MOBILE WORLD charges any subscription fees, commission, or service charges, the same will be informed through the Platform or a separate agreement.
You agree to pay all applicable charges on time.
Payout/settlement for leads/orders (if applicable) will be as per the settlement policy communicated to you separately.
Payments made to FAM MOBILE WORLD are generally non-refundable, unless:
Specifically mentioned in a written agreement, or
Required under applicable law.
Any refunds to customers for products/services sold by you will be your responsibility, as per your own shop policy or applicable law.
7. Intellectual Property
All content and software on the FAM MOBILE WORLD Platform, including text, graphics, logos, and system design, is the property of FAM MOBILE WORLD or its licensors.
You may not copy, modify, reverse-engineer, or resell any part of the Platform.
Your own brand name, logo, and shop identity remain your property, but by listing on the Platform, you grant us a non-exclusive right to display your shop name, logo, and basic info for marketing and operational purposes.
8. Privacy & Data
We respect your privacy and the privacy of customers.
Please refer to our Privacy Policy to understand how we collect, use, store, and protect data.
You agree not to misuse any customer data shared with you (e.g. for spam, unauthorized marketing, or sharing with third parties without consent).
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
FAM MOBILE WORLD is not responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages (such as loss of profit, loss of data, or business interruption) arising from your use of the Platform.
Our total liability, if ever applicable, will be limited to the total amount of fees paid by you to FAM MOBILE WORLD in the last 3 months before the claim.
10. Termination / Suspension
We reserve the right to:
Suspend or terminate your vendor account,
Restrict access to the Platform, or
Remove your shop listing,
at our sole discretion, without prior notice, if:
You violate these Terms,
We receive serious complaints from customers,
You are involved in fraud, illegal activity, or brand damage to FAM MOBILE WORLD, or
As required by law or government authorities.
You may also request closure of your vendor account by contacting us, subject to clearing any pending dues.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.
Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in [your city / state], India.
12. Changes to Terms
We may update or modify these Vendor Terms from time to time.
The latest version will be made available on the Platform.
Continued use of the Platform after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
